Who we are
LiveFlo is a brand of Pezex LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. In this policy, "LiveFlo", "we" and "us" mean Pezex LLC. This policy covers useliveflo.com and the ways we contact and work with prospects and clients.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Free audit form: your name, email, business name, business type, city and website.
- Messages: anything you include when you email, call or text us.
- Clients: contact and billing details, plus the logins, content and business information you share so we can build and run your services.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our host records standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. Our site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. It sets cookies and sends Google details like your IP address, device, browser and pages viewed. We do not use advertising cookies. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How we use it
- To reply to your audit request and other questions.
- To provide, support and bill for the services you sign up for.
- To send messages about your inquiry or account, and occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The sharing described below excludes this information.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run LiveFlo, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Website hosting and forms (Webflow).
- Email and documents (Google Workspace).
- Customer management, phone and text messaging (our CRM provider).
- Payment processing (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Our clients' customers
When we build websites, receptionists and automations for a client, we handle their customers' details (for example, a homeowner who books through a client's site) on that client's behalf and under our agreement with them. The client's own privacy policy governs that information. Questions about it should go to the business you contacted.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and prospect messages for as long as they are useful for following up, and client records for as long as you are a client and as long afterwards as tax and legal rules require. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we use reputable providers with their own security controls. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
